Color Mixer is a creative tool that helps users mix colors through two professional blending systems:

• Vivid / Natural (RYB): Painter-style color mixing
• Classic / Digital (RGB): Display-based color blending
• 8-slot system with adjustable quantities
• 90+ color variations per base color
• Favorites and palette management features

1. Data Collection

Stored locally (on your device only):

• Color recipes, palettes, favorites
• Mixing method & UI preferences

Collected by third-party services (ads or analytics):

If the app uses third-party advertising or analytics services, those services may automatically collect limited, non-personal device information such as:

• Advertising ID (anonymous identifier)
• Approximate location (region-level)
• Device type, model, and OS version
• App usage and performance data

We use the Android Advertising ID to serve ads and analyze app usage. This identifier is used only for advertising and analytics purposes. It is not linked to personally identifiable information such as your name or email.

We do not link your Advertising ID with your Google account information (such as name or email). These data sources are handled separately and are not combined for profiling.

We do not directly collect or store personal information such as name or email on our own servers. However, if you choose to sign in using Google, such information is securely processed by Firebase Authentication (Google services).

The app may use Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to collect anonymous usage data such as app interactions, screen views, and feature usage. This data does not include personally identifiable information and is used only to improve app performance and user experience.

The app may use Firebase Remote Config (a Google service) to dynamically adjust app features, behavior, and update settings without requiring a new app version. This may involve collecting non-personal technical information such as app version, device type, and usage context. This data is used only to improve functionality and user experience and does not include personally identifiable information.

2. User Login (Google Sign-In)

If you choose to sign in using Google, the app uses Firebase Authentication (a Google service) to securely authenticate your account.

During this process, the following information may be accessed:

• Your name (display name)
• Your email address

This information is used only to personalize your experience within the app (e.g., greeting and avatar display).

We do not store, share, or sell this personal information on our own servers.

Authentication is handled securely by Google Firebase services.

Google services are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy .

3. Purpose of Use

• Provide and improve color-mixing features
• Remember user settings and preferences
• We may show personalized or non-personalized advertisements using third-party services such as Google AdMob. Users can control ad personalization through their device settings.

We do not sell, trade, or share any personally identifiable information.

Non-personal data may be shared only with advertising or analytics services for delivering, measuring, or improving app performance.

5. Your Choices & Control

• Switch between RYB and RGB modes anytime in-app
• Opt out of personalized ads: Device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• Clear all local data anytime: Settings → Apps → Color Mixer → Storage → Clear Data

6. Children’s Privacy

This app is designed for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us to remove it.

7. Security

Most data in Color Mixer is stored locally on your device. When using features such as Google Sign-In, data is securely processed through Google Firebase services over encrypted HTTPS connections.

8. Data Deletion Request

9. Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy occasionally. The latest version will always appear here with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

10. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Color Mixer offers optional in-app subscriptions to remove advertisements (“Remove Ads” / ad-free access).

What you purchase

• Ad-free experience: no banner ads and no interstitial ads
• Current available plans: 3 Months, 6 Months, and 1 Year. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by country or future updates.

Payment processing

• All payments are processed securely by Google Play (Google Play Billing)
• We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit/debit card, UPI, or bank details
• We do not process payments directly on our servers

Subscription type

• Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless you cancel before the renewal date
• You will be charged at the start of each billing period at the price shown in Google Play (taxes may apply)
• Subscriptions are linked to your Google Play account and can be restored on the same Google account after reinstalling the app or changing devices.

Manage or cancel

• You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription anytime in: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription

Refunds

• Refund requests are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies

Restore purchases

• If you reinstall the app or change devices, use “Restore Purchases” in the app (same Google account required)

Free version

The app remains usable without a subscription; ads may be shown in the free version.
